Cherry Tomato+ Mozzarella + Basil
8 oz PIENO Rotini
13 sliced cherry tomatoes
6 pieces of bocconcini (small mozzarella)
13 basil leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 liters water
5 g salt
Mix gently: cooked PIENO Rotini with olive oil, salt, black pepper, cherry tomatoes, bocconcicni and basil.
Serve. Enjoy.
PIENO pasta cooks in 3 minutes for a wholesome, al dente bite. Cook to 4 minutes for a softer, classic bite.
